We tailor our garments and services to meet the needs of the individual. Our adaptive services are designed to provide bespoke services for people with access or functional needs, disabilities, or chronic conditions, whose needs would not be met through the typical tailoring process.
We are skilled in providing dignified services for people with a wide variety of needs and statures, including people with sensory needs, body dysmorphia, limited mobility, aged and asymmetrical body types, and people with small stature.
Adapted Services and Adaptive Garments
Our Adapted Services are modified to meet a variety of needs, including:
- On-site consultations / fittings
- Extended appointments allowing for frequent breaks
- Low to no contact measurement assessment
- Low light consultations and fittings
- Assistants and caregivers are welcome to participate in the process
- Braille and American Sign Language translation available
Our Adaptive Garments have specialized structure and may even have specialized devices built into them, including:
- Magnetic buttons and zippers
- Specialized seam placement to reduce friction
- Built-in Braille color descriptions
- Hidden sensory devices
- Faux front buttons with assisted-dressing back closures
- Trouser side opening for leg access
